The final position comes from your browser's cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so every slice has a fair and unpredictable chance — no hidden weighting.
Can I use it for a classroom or raffle?
Yes — paste any list of names, one per line. Teachers use it to pick students or tasks, and raffle organizers draw winners; enable “remove winner” so nobody is picked twice.
How many names can the wheel hold?
There is no fixed cap. Up to a few dozen entries stay nicely readable, and the wheel still spins fairly with 50 or more options.
